A thoughtful space to understand what you carry, and explore what comes next.

A little more about Jessica

Jessica works with teens aged 15 and older and adults. Her background spans therapy, counselling, and crisis intervention, with areas of focus that include trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

Her work also includes supporting people navigating postpartum depression and experiences of human trafficking. You can ask about her experience with your concerns and discuss what you would like from therapy during an initial consultation.

Jessica offers virtual care in Ontario in English. A first conversation is a place to share what brings you here, ask questions about her approach, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.

Approach to care

Jessica is EMDR-trained. Her preferred approaches include Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT-informed work, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. Your consultation is an opportunity to ask how these approaches may fit your needs and preferences.
